Liver and gallbladder cleansing
Why is it so important to cleanse the liver and gallbladder?
The liver is our largest metabolic organ. It works tirelessly for us and has over 500 functions, including:
- Fat, carbohydrate and protein metabolism, including the maintenance of glucose levels in the blood and influence on cholesterol metabolism
- Detoxify, detoxify, detoxify, especially at night - the cause of some sleep problems is an overloaded liver
- Formation and secretion of bile
- Formation of coagulation factors
- Degradation of hormones (estrogen dominance can be caused by an insufficiently functioning liver, for example)
- first filter station of the blood: the Kupffer cells of the liver are a type of phagocytes (macrophages) that absorb and break down bacteria, viruses, cell debris, toxins, immune complexes, etc.
- Storage function of vitamins and minerals: the liver is the largest store of vitamin A and can also store Vit B12
- Activation of hormones: the liver activates vitamin D3 as well as the thyroid hormone, ie an underactive thyroid can be caused by a "damaged" liver.
Our lifestyle and simply the Western diet causes many people (regardless of their weight or fitness level) to develop liver and gallstones. Everyone knows that gallstones form in the gallbladder and can cause severe pain. What is less well known is that the liver itself can form these stones, which can completely block the liver ducts and hinder them in their 500 functions. However, since the liver, unlike the gallbladder, is insensitive to pain, liver stones remain "under the radar". A "blocked" liver can hinder any of the above functions.
A phenomenon that is still little known is that organ dysfunction can cause scoliosis (a three-dimensional curvature of the spine) in adolescence. The organs are connected to the bones (especially the vertebrae, ribs, breastbone and pelvic bones) by ligaments. If the organs malfunction, their ligaments can exert an uneven pull and thus cause scoliosis. In such cases, wearing a corset and physiotherapy would only treat the symptoms and not the cause. Instead, a liver cleanse would tackle the real reason for the scoliosis, resulting in a reversal of the scoliosis, if done in juvenile age.
For whom is the cleaning recommended?
A liver and gallbladder cleanse is recommended:
- if you have known liver or gallstone problems
- for people with poor liver values
- for people with a fatty liver, whether caused by alcohol or tablets or other unknown causes
- if you are overweight
- for adolescents suffering from scoliosis (it is known that even eight-year-olds can have liver and gallstones)
- for anyone who has chronic illnesses and wants to alleviate their symptoms
- as a preventative measure - a liver and gallbladder cleanse is one of the most effective procedures you can do for yourself.
What can I expect after the cleaning?
People who have done a liver and gallbladder cleanse report the following effects:
- primarily improved liver function, which can also be proven in the laboratory
- Removal of liver and gallstones
- fewer and milder infections and colds / stronger immune system
- more energy and enthusiasm
- better digestion
- less pain
